What it is.. on Petrol.. extremely economic...

On a budget.. the size vs. the power vs. the speed... so a couple a Hondas then... with that kind of electric 4 gear solar technology a hybrid running.. across Atlantic on 60-70 Liters... This is the way.. where do i get it... :(
